Berit Reich is a research assistant at the Centre for Humanitarian Action (CHA). Her research interests include conflict- and climate-related migration and flight, as well as scopes of action for humanitarian aid and development cooperation in climate change adaptation.
Prior to becoming part of the CHA team in July 2021, Berit completed internships at the Federal Foreign Office and the International Office of the German Academic Exchange Service in Accra, Ghana. She also worked as an intern and student assistant at the German Corportion for International Cooperation (GIZ) in the Berlin Representation.
Berit is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in National and International Administration and Policy at the University of Potsdam. Previously, she studied political science with a focus on international relations in Dresden and Amsterdam.
