On 30 September, CHA Research Fellow Darina Pellowska was invited to participate in the panel discussion “Impact at Scale: Making Climate Finance Work in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings” at the Fragile Lives 2026 conference.
Drawing on the CHA publication Balancing Innovation, Efficiency, and Principled Humanitarian Action, Darina contributed to the discussion on scalable interventions.
The session explored how climate adaptation and finance could deliver impact at scale in fragile and conflict-affected settings beyond local pilot projects, focusing on evidence, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
