On 14 July, CHA Research Fellow Darina Pellowska will participate in the expert hearings of the National Selection Process of the European Youth Parliament in Germany.
For over 30 years, the European Youth Parliament in Germany (EJP) gathers young people between the ages of 15 and 19 to develop, discuss and voice their opinions on topical European issues. In the National Selection Process which takes place from 13 to 19 July in Stuttgart, the best 26 schools and 18 individual candidates from the German Regional Selection Conferences will decide who among them will be send to the 2021 International Conferences.
On 14 July, 4:00 to 5:30pm CEST, Darina Pellowska will be heard by the “Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs” as an expert on the topic of „Reshaping humanitarian action“. On the basis of her inputs and recommendations, as well as extensive own research the delegates will then draft a respective Resolution on the topic.
