CHA Director Ralf Südhoff has been invited as an expert to a subcommittee meeting on Global Order, the United Nations, and International Organisations of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the German Federal Parliament on 14 October 2026.
During the expert discussion on ‘The Role of the United Nations in the Middle East Conflict’, Südhoff will focus primarily on the UN’s role in the aid sector within the context of the Middle East conflict, addressing debates and challenges related to UNRWA, humanitarian access, and the impact of other UN organizations during the Gaza War.
The session is expected to be broadcasted on the Bundestag’s website.
