Why the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development won’t get “fit for the future” with its reform, but rather risks to break with the ministry’s traditional core mission with this the new, interest driven strategy, explains CHA director Ralf Südhoff in this opinion piece on Africa.Table.
