On 25 March, the CHA invites its member organisations to a confidential exchange with Niels Annen, who served as Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office from 2018 to 2021 and has been Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development since 2021. Discussion topic is the future of German international cooperation, its institutions and resources in light of the current discussions about USAID.
