Goda Milasiute is a research assistant at the Centre for Humanitarian Action (CHA). Her research mainly covers projects related to the Humanitarian-Development-Peace-Nexus and the Shrinking Humanitarian Space. She is also interested in gender-sensitive humanitarian action and localization.
Prior to joining CHA as an intern in May 2019, Goda interned at the development NGO Brot für die Welt in Berlin, at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence in Vilnius, Lithuania, as well as at the Lithuanian Embassy in Germany.
Goda is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Relations at the Free University of Berlin, the Humboldt University of Berlin, and the University of Potsdam. As part of her degree she has spent a semester at Sciences Po Aix. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vilnius.
Goda speaks English, German, French, Italian, and Lithuanian.
