Goda Milasiute is a research assistant at the Centre for Humanitarian Action (CHA). Her research mainly covers projects related to the Humanitarian-Development-Peace-Nexus and the Shrinking Humanitarian Space. She is also interested in gender-sensitive humanitarian action and localization.
Prior to joining CHA in May 2019, Goda interned at the development NGO Brot für die Welt in Berlin, at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence in Vilnius, Lithuania, as well as at the Lithuanian Embassy in Germany.
Goda holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Free University of Berlin, the Humboldt University of Berlin, and the University of Potsdam, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vilnius. As part of her master’s degree she spent a semester at Sciences Po Aix.
Goda speaks English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Lithuanian.
