Jascha Vonau is a research assistant at the Centre for Humanitarian Action (CHA). His research interests include German humanitarian action, as well as localisation and challenges for international cooperation and equal partnerships.
Before joining CHA in October 2023, Jascha worked as a student assistant for various research institutes and did internships at the German Federal Foreign Office and the European Movement Germany.
Jascha is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international relations at the Free University of Berlin, the Humboldt University of Berlin, and the University of Potsdam. Previously, he earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences at the Technical University of Braunschweig.
