On September 18, CHA Director Ralf Südhoff has been invited as an expert to a public hearing of the parliamentary subcommittee on global health in the German Federal Parliament. The public hearing on “Health in Conflict and War Contexts” will address, among other things, the question: Does the international humanitarian system need to be adapted to new forms of warfare?
